I guess I got your attention with that post title.

My forum is now 5 days old.

I have begun to think seriously about what sort of guidlines I would like to establish for posters.

Rule #1 - Please refrain from discussing the overthrow of the government, since that is illegal.

Now that we made that clear....

PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE.....

We know that your personal religious beliefs are the only true ones, and that no one shall be saved unless they bow the knee to your beliefs...

We knew that..

So do not come here to preach, or prosyletize, because we are all literate and educated, and we live in cultures where we are surrounded by the messages of different religions. We all know about the Torah, and the Gospels, and the Gita, and the Qu'ran and the Adi Granth, and the Avestas and the Sutras and the Vedas and .... (on and on and on)... and if we wanted to embrace one of those faiths, we would certainly have done so already, or we shall certainly do so at some furture date, or we shall certainly never take an interest (and all possible permutations and combinations of the above).

SO... don't pester people with your prosyletizing. NOW, it is fine and dandy for you to write something about your beliefs or experiences and post it in the proper forum AS AN INITIAL POST (but do not spam it around.) BUT, if you enter into discussions and post in other threads in a repeated obsessive fashion, which gives the appearance of prosyletizing, then I may warn you. HOWEVER, Sitaram is a compassionate Admin, long suffering, plenteous in mercy, slow to anger and quick to forgive, who desires that all post, and none be baned to the outer darkness and gnashing of teeth, with the worm that never dies (scary huh). I shall create a special forum for such preaching, and lable it as such, and you may confine your soul savling messages to that forum.

Does this sound fair and reasonable?

Because, I already know that there is no God but Allah and every knee shall bow to Jesus, and all worship comes to Vinkandeshera, and the first Noble truth is suffering.

But you knew that...
