Lost Poem

An Empty VesselAn Empty Vessel
My heart is an empty vessel
Waiting for morning to bathe itself
In sunshine’s immense ancient breath,
Dissipated particle of a once
Obsolete aim, degenerated
Into a callous make-believe fame,
It soars into the clouds flying
Encountering the heaven shrouding stars
A stronger steed our body was endowed
Vague longings conjoined with doubts
Awaiting time patiently withholding
Internal rebellion from bursting out,
Volcano of life starts from the eyes
An empty vessel my heart longs to invite
A kingdom and her populace house
Host life inside my body; encapsulate energy,
Reawaken dead selves from ashes
Insert sense dismantle the rotting me, unearth
God. From darkness to pure divinity
I should further perceive and feel
The road I walk.
Pushed and cajoled to attempt adventure
Risking the nothing-ness in absolution
A blank of expectation
My ground shakes in these thoughts,
I doubt such rashness but beguiled
The distance charms possession
From the little of conceived comprehension
The withering twilight’s song need never cry
Such echoes of sorrow shall as fated die.
