Lost Poem
|
Water FlowsWater Flows
This is the way water flows
Through the spaces
In between rocky stones
Quenches thirst
Holds up a leaf
Floating lotus,
This is the way it moves,
Sensuously wrapping
Around earth
Wetting the soil it seeps
Into the roots
This is the way it feels: Life,
Drowned in depths of silence
The flowers and fruits that cannot speak
This is the way a poet feels: Love
Ornamented on the shelf of time
When moments seek to be defined
An incomprehensible chaos stirs
The soul for an irrational longing,
He must never let it go
This moonlight embracing a red rose
When the dumb find a voice and
The deaf write music as never before
A déjà vu of genius perceived.
