The ills of Democracy can be cured by more Democracy.
Now question arises that how to glide the asian world towards democracy where one has right to think , right to share views , right to defence his rights may not flourishing in East so much,
The biggest democracy in the world, India has also his own internal problems and spending more on defense to balance his boundaries against China and Pakistan. Same is the case with other countries like Pakistan and China to save thier self from possilble Indain attacks.
Look at Israel , spending more on defence in world and that is why Arab countries are under the thread of Israel and America has millions dollars to spend on war will awalys try to abolished disputes by war as she is doing in Afghanistan and Iraq.
One thing comes to mind that the world is going toward dictator ship rather than democratic side as the UNO becomes mere puppet at the hands of big power and big power treats the other nation like they are the police of ths world and want ot civilize the nations as once UK claimed to do. As the so called pious clergy men think that they have the key of paradise so the big power think they have right to pulverize the small once as big fishes eat small onces.

Now the defination of dictator is not only that he is not chosen by the people of country. but he is chosen dictator as American constitution has given full rights to President and he is not accountable to Congress.
Look at present Musharraf Govt in Pakistan, a not chosen one, but he is ruling the country .
Today access to market for poor countiries is impossible and IMF and world bank are providing loans by this condition that the related govt will obey these organization blindly like blind follower of Islam or Christain. Today Oil is the mother milk for Middle East but Europeon States want it for their thier childern. Poor countries have resources but rich countries have finish and end product so again poor countries are beggars of technology.
Today the world is going towards capitalism as every one want what he likes.
Talking about democracy in this materialistic world is impossible as it is capitalistic democracy.
any how he may agree or not agree but these are my views
thanks for visiting
ajab khan sheikh
pakistan.
