I am exploring th possibility of getting involved with a meditation group called Ananda. They get together on Wednesdays at the church my wife and I attend to. I just asked the instructor today to give me some information on the group. She said that it is a Hindu group which bases their teachings on the Bahgavahd Gita. I know you are well versed in HInduism... Could you give me some feedback as to the particular sect of Ananda? (I know I could Google the topic and get a lot of information, but I'd rather hear th feedback from you. Thank You...
