Autobiography of a Yogi. Bought the book today. Started reading today...

Yestgerday there was a small Yogic service at the church my wife and I belong to. There, I met with my newly found instructor/friend and 4 other people that came from the North East to help my friend start Ananda meditation at the church.

Lo and behold, the environment definitely more friendly than the one I was involved with, perhaps something to do with me, I am sure, rather than something to do with the personalities of the perhaps only two other regulars at the mini sangha...

As the night progressed, we learned that my newly found friend/teacher is not only from the same country I grew up in, but from the same city...in a matter of 5 minutes or less, we took a wide tour of the city...

the meditation sessions...been to two thus far in a sangha and today I did my first solo...are by far, a combination of techniques i was familiar with, but never as a package deal...

Lo and behold, serendipity event that really made me make my mind, actually there are 2 of them: one is the fact that my biorythm says I am peaking Intuitive awareness in my life cycle...
two...I went to a metaphysical store and there found the "Autobiography of Swami Yogananda, alongside some other guide/aid to increase brain power and minimize tyhe risk of alzheimers...
...left the store...came back home...opened the package for the brain excercises, played the CD and...lo and behold...the CD is based precisely on Kiya Yoga and energizing exercises, just4 like the ones I experienced on my first Ananda Yoga meeting...

Is that something? or what?
