I have just now learned from myfreeforum.org that in order to comply with their terms and conditions, I MUST make the majority of forums public and readible, although I may control posting, deleting, etc as private.
There is a very good reason for this. This free forum is supported by advertising, and advertising is driven by public visitors....
Therefore, I am hastily changing the entire forum to comply with this requirement.
What this means is that we must live with a crowded Forum Index.
Sorry folks, I tried to comply to your requests.
On the bright side, they do offer a paid hosting which would allow me to have no advertising, and all the privacy I want.
So, as the weeks pass and the dust settles, and I learn the ropes, perhaps I shall avail myself of those services.
