African Countries of different religion, ethnic, culture and language. That want to disintegrate should be given go-ahead by the UN. I believe this will help to stop wars in Africa.Such has been the case in Europe and Asia.Presently Talks are being held on how to liberate Kosovo from Serbia and Motenegro. I think that Somalia, Sudan etc should at this Instances be Given go ahead to disintegrate

I do agree that many African nations have great diversity in terms of religion, ethnicity, as well as language. European nations do deserve a lot of the blame for present troubles in Africa as nations were drawn without consideration of tribal areas. With the carving up of Africa by Europe, what was created was the bunching of a good number of tribes together that in reality, wanted no part of one another. Just my take on a few of the nations that have a problem.
Sudan--A big cause of the problems there is the attack on African-Christians by Arab-Muslims. It is for this reason that the UN & Amnesty International have both condemned the Sudanese government for looking the other way when their fellow Arab-Muslim militamen attack civilian encampments. March in there with a multinational task force and overthrow the present regime and institute a coalition government of African and Arab leaders. Unification is possible, it only requires the right people.
Somalia-This nation is a great case for disintegration, I agree that they need to be broken up. There really is no central government there as it's pure anarchy partially managed by tribal warlords. No argument from me on this one.
Kosovo-An unfortunate situation, also an area of agreement here, if not with most of the elected leaders of the world.
